Hi, Iβm Mel π
I know what it feels like to be pulled in a hundred directions and forget what you need.
This practice helped me slow my overthinking mind, reconnect with myself, find confidence, overcome anxious thoughts and see the beauty in everyday, mundane things we often overlook.
I am now 60, and I share what worked for me so midlife women can also find calm, ease, and strength in body and mind β not by pushing harder, but by moving and living more mindfully with awareness and kindness towards ourselves.
Photography has been a favourite way to slow down my busy headspace, notice beauty in the ordinary things around the home that get overlooked and to feel present in the moment with no pressure for perfection.
Thatβs why I created Calm in the Frame β
to give you a gentle, creative tool you can use anytime life feels stressful, overwhelming and frustrating, but also to begin a community of like minded women who find this fast paced life too much sometimes.
